DAY-TO-DAY. As a full-time Camp Royall Director, you will be responsible for all the aspects of camp operations and programming for year-round programs, ensuring a positive, supportive, and enriching experience for campers, staff and families. The Director demonstrates strong organizational leadership skills as well as a deep understanding of the needs of individuals with autism and provides training, direction and support to camp staff.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university related to developmental disabilities and at least 4 years supervised habilitative experience in working with I/DD, or 2 years of supervisory experience in a residential camp setting and 4 years of years of supervised habilitative experience.
Salary : $55,000
