About the Role: Clinical Supervisor, BCBA We are seeking a passionate Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to join our team and provide quality supervision with a manageable caseload. At ASC, we believe in quality over quantity, meaning billable hours are determined by client and staff needs rather than rigid minimum requirements.

Responsibilities:
Maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
Provide direct supervision, training, and mentorship to behavior consultants and therapists.
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessments.
Work collaboratively with families to foster a strong therapeutic alliance.
Utilize both Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET) methodologies.
Conduct functional assessments and analyses to develop effective behavior strategies.
Support the ongoing professional development of team members through training and direct instruction.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Strong skills in behavior management, instructional strategies, communication, organization, and interpersonal relations.
Experience working with individuals with developmental disorders across different ages and functionality levels.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $90,000 base, plus quarterly incentive bonuses
