Position Overview

As a Behavior Technician (RBT) at ASC, you will work closely with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement evidence-based ABA therapy, helping children develop essential skills and reach their full potential. You will work one-on-one with children and their families in home, school, and community settings.



What You’ll Do

  • Provide in-person behavior intervention services in various settings (home, school, community).
  • Implement individualized treatment plans (ITPs) designed by a BCBA.
  • Collect and accurately record behavioral data to track progress and inform treatment decisions.
  • Encourage safe and socially appropriate behaviors to support skill development.
  • Collaborate with families and team members to ensure consistent, effective treatment.
  • Educate parents on reinforcement techniques and early intervention strategies.
  • Utilize sound judgment and seek guidance as needed to implement intervention plans.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to ethical standards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You Need to Succeed

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Minimum 6 months of ABA experience (preferred)
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Effective oral, written, and reading communication skills

  • Salary: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
