Autism Spectrum Therapies ("AST"), one of the largest and most respected autism services organizations in the county, is looking for an exceptional masters-level ABA professional to join our team as a Managing Technician ! The Managing Technician will support clients and Behavior Therapists throughout Palmdale, Lancaster, and Rosamond.
Responsibilities :
- Work under the direction of a BCBA
- Accrue all indirect supervision hours towards becoming a BCBA
- Oversee a team of approximately 5 interventionists and average 10 - 15 clients
- Develop client goals and clinical programs
- Support parent training and education
- Write progress reports and conduct regular team meetings
