Position Overview:
- Role: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Location: Plainfield, Illinois (and surrounding suburbs)
- Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time/Hybrid (In-person client visits required 1-2 days/week)

- Pay: Starting from $76,490.00 per year
Key Responsibilities: As a BCBA with Autism Support Chicago, you will:
- Implement high-quality ABA programs in 1:1 therapy sessions at home, in school, and within the community.
- Collect and analyze comprehensive data for each child’s progress.
- Collaborate with therapists to update and refine behavioral plans based on data-driven insights.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a compassionate approach.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and participate in ongoing training and staff meetings.
Qualifications:
- Flexible thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Basic childcare skills (toileting, dressing, eating, safety).
- In-depth knowledge of autism and related disorders.
- Ability to design effective programs and behavior plans tailored to individual needs.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey programs to therapists.
- Proficiency in conducting reinforcement assessments to understand each child’s motivation.
