ASN offers individualized treatment programs based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our tailored ABA therapy programs aim to increase language and communication skills, improve attention, focus, social skills, memory, and academics, and decrease problem behaviors.
ASN is one of the few providers in the region that accepts Medicaid-eligible families and is committed to serving this underserved population in Missouri and Kansas. Specializing in supporting children aged 18 months to 14 years, we are continuously growing our clinical and administrative teams to expand our services and improve continuously as ABA providers.
Position Overview
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at ASN, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans for children with autism. You will supervise a team of RBTs and provide training and support to ensure the highest quality of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise and support RBTs in the implementation of treatment plans.
- Monitor and analyze client progress, adjusting plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in training, supervision, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for providing high-quality ABA therapy and making a difference in the lives of children and families.

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and carry children and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to assume and maintain various physical postures (including but not limited to sitting, kneeling, and standing) for extended periods.
- Must have the manual dexterity to perform specific computer and clinical tasks.
- Ability to respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations.
