Autism Systems provides home-based and clinic-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

**Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR processes and systems, with proficiency in various HR software applications.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage recruitment processes including screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Utilize HRIS systems for data entry, reporting, and analysis
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist with benefits administration
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
- Assist in payroll processing and timekeeping using systems like ADP and Kronos
- Support performance management processes and employee relations activities
**Skills:**
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in SAP, Taleo, iCIMS, Ceridian, or similar HR software platforms
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting processes
- Knowledge of benefits administration practices
- Familiarity with ADP and Kronos for payroll processing
Hourly: Starting at $16 Per hr!!!
