Job Description:
The client is a center-based ABA therapy provider located in Ramsey, NJ. We specialize in offering therapy services to children with autism, with a mission to empower individuals affected by autism with the skills needed to increase independence, build meaningful relationships, and connect with their communities.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, developing treatment plans, implementing and monitoring behavior interventions, providing parent education, and collaborating with the therapy team. This role requires working closely with children with autism and their families to provide comprehensive behavior analysis services.
Qualifications
- Have obtained certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Experience working with children with autism
- A minimum of 1 year experience in working with children with autism
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with other professionals
- Able to work Monday through Friday from 8:15 am-4:45 pm
