Associate Clinical Director - Board Certified Behavior Analyst

What we are looking for:
- At least 3 years of BCBA experience, is required
- BCBA Certification: Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelines
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
- Experience working with children on the autism spectrum and other developmental disabilities
- Passionate about clinical quality and client progress to drive decision making and best practices
- Exceptional skillset with leadership, time management, and observation
- Strong analytical thinker who is data-driven and client-centered
- Effective Collaborator and team-plater, who is empathetic and culturally competent
- Protect clients’ rights and privacy according to HIPAA regulations
As an Associate Clinical director, you will also be responsible for the following:
- Conducting parent training maintaining compliance to improve client outcomes.
- Manage and maintain billable utilization for yourself and your team including the BCBAs you are supervising.
- Participate in direct therapy and supervision to ensure the optimal billable utilization.
- Lead ongoing training to staff members.
- Creating clinical materials necessary for the client’s treatment plan.
- Reviewing BT session notes, data collected for accuracy and compliance.
- Provide supervision for an RBT’s, BT’s or ABA graduate student’s supervision hours.
- Providing supervision to students accruing fieldwork hours in accordance with BACB guidelines.
- Maintain all SLAs defined for turnaround time for all assigned work including assessments and trainings.
- Participate in team meetings with the other BCBAs within the organization.
- Contribute to the development and evaluation of center procedures, policies and trainings.
- Develop and supervise training programs for staff development using evidence-based strategies.
- Promote the growth of AutismCOE’s mission and assist in the pursuit of the collaboration opportunities within the field and community.
- Develop own professional skill through participation in continued education, advanced trainings, and mentorship.
- Provide care coordination for the families as needed.
- Conduct bi-weekly meetings with your team of behavior technicians.
- Working collaboratively as a team in the service region to ensure the quality of service for all clients.
