Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for clients while working closely with a team of Behavior Analysts and other professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the assessment and evaluation of clients to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the supervising BCBA to provide direct ABA therapy to clients.
- Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary based on data collection and analysis.
- Train and support Behavior Technicians in the delivery of ABA services.
- Engage with clients and families to provide education and support regarding treatment goals and progress.
- Attend and participate in team meetings, training sessions, and supervision.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field.
- Current BCaBA certification.
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of ABA principles and practices.
