We’re looking for dependable, compassionate, and dedicated individuals to join us as Behavior Technicians.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy and support daily living, social, and recreational skills
- Help foster independence at home and in the community
- Support the creation and implementation of individualized care plans
- Maintain a safe, supportive environment for clients
- Track and report behaviors, progress, and physical changes using prescribed strategies
- Complete accurate, confidential notes, billing details, and updates for families and professionals
- Participate in 10–20% monthly supervision with a BCBA
- Submit planned weekly hours once assigned to a client schedule
- Perform light housekeeping or cleaning related to client care (home and vehicle)
- Follow HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as needed, under the direction of leadership
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or transcripts required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record
- Experience with children, individuals with disabilities, or direct care is a plus
- Passionate about helping others and making a meaningful impact
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs and respond quickly to client needs
- Comfortable standing/walking for extended periods and engaging in active play
- Able to kneel, squat, crawl, and sit on the floor as part of sessions
- Willing to commute up to 30 minutes each way for client sessions
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Committed to completing RBT certification within 90 days of hire through our training program
