We’re looking for caring, reliable, and motivated individuals to join us as Behavior Technicians.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy and assist with daily living, recreational, and social activities
- Support clients in achieving independence at home and in community settings
- Help implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Ensure a safe, nurturing environment for each client
- Observe and document behavior and physical changes, and report according to protocols
- Keep accurate and confidential records including notes, billing, and parent communication
- Participate in 10–20% supervision per month with a BCBA
- Report your weekly ABA service hours once matched with a client
- Assist with light household and vehicle-related cleaning duties as needed
- Uphold client confidentiality and follow HIPAA standards
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or transcripts
- Fluent in English and Spanish preferred
- Valid driver’s license, active car insurance, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle
- Experience with children or individuals with disabilities is a plus
- Passion for supporting others and strong sense of responsibility
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs, react quickly, and move short distances (up to 100 ft)
- Comfortable walking/standing for most of the day and sitting on the floor as needed
- Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and crawl during sessions
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Willingness to travel up to 30 minutes to provide in-home or clinic-based services
- Eagerness to complete our RBT training program and earn certification within 90 days of hire
