Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is seeking an experienced and bilingual Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated team. If you are passionate about helping children reach their full potential and thrive in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Your Role
As a Bilingual BCBA (English & Spanish), you will lead and oversee individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, ensuring the highest clinical standards. Your expertise will guide treatment recommendations, staff training, and consultation to maximize client progress. You will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and adjusting treatment plans, using data-driven decision-making to ensure best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- BCBA Certification – Board Certified Behavior Analyst per BACB guidelines
- Fluency in English & Spanish – Ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking families and staff
- Experience working with children on the autism spectrum and other developmental disabilities
- Passion for clinical quality – Committed to driving client progress through best practices
- Strong collaboration skills – A team player who is empathetic and culturally competent
- Leadership & training expertise – Ability to develop and supervise staff using evidence-based strategies
- Commitment to effective treatment – Provide ongoing support to Behavior Technicians to ensure impactful interventions
- Experience with program development – Design, implement, and evaluate behavior-analytic programs
