What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at AutismCOE?

We’re currently hiring both Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our team and be part of our growth.

Key Responsibilities for BCBA:
- Conduct parent training to improve client outcomes
- Manage and maintain billable utilization for yourself and the team you supervise
- Participate in direct therapy and supervision for optimal billable utilization
- Lead ongoing staff training and create clinical materials for treatment plans
- Review session notes and data for accuracy and compliance
- Provide supervision for RBTs, BTs, or ABA graduate students’ hours
- Supervise students accruing fieldwork hours as per BACB guidelines
- Maintain turnaround time for assigned work (assessments, trainings)
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to center procedures and policies
- Develop and supervise training programs for staff development using evidence-based strategies
- Engage in continuous professional development through education and mentorship
- Provide care coordination for families as needed
- Conduct bi-weekly meetings with your team of behavior technicians
Qualification:
- BCBA Certification: Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelines
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
- Experience working with children on the autism spectrum and other developmental disabilities
- Strong analytical and clinical decision-making skills
- Effective collaboration and ability to work well within a team
