We’re currently hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team and support our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead parent training sessions to promote positive outcomes for clients
- Monitor and maintain billable utilization for yourself and your supervisees
- Deliver direct therapy and supervision to ensure consistent service delivery
- Conduct staff trainings and develop materials aligned with treatment goals
- Review and verify documentation to ensure clinical accuracy and compliance
- Oversee and mentor RBTs, BTs, and ABA graduate students working toward certification
- Provide BACB-compliant supervision for students pursuing fieldwork hours
- Meet deadlines for clinical documentation including assessments and trainings
- Contribute to clinical team meetings and help shape best practices across the center
- Design and implement evidence-based training initiatives for team development
- Pursue ongoing professional growth through education and mentorship opportunities
- Support families with care coordination and regular communication
- Host bi-weekly check-ins with your team of Behavior Technicians
Qualification:
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or a closely related field
- Clinical experience working with children on the autism spectrum
- Strong judgment and decision-making abilities in a clinical setting
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a team
