We’re currently hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team and support our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead parent training sessions to promote positive outcomes for clients
  • Monitor and maintain billable utilization for yourself and your supervisees
  • Deliver direct therapy and supervision to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Conduct staff trainings and develop materials aligned with treatment goals
  • Review and verify documentation to ensure clinical accuracy and compliance
  • Oversee and mentor RBTs, BTs, and ABA graduate students working toward certification
  • Provide BACB-compliant supervision for students pursuing fieldwork hours
  • Meet deadlines for clinical documentation including assessments and trainings
  • Contribute to clinical team meetings and help shape best practices across the center
  • Design and implement evidence-based training initiatives for team development
  • Pursue ongoing professional growth through education and mentorship opportunities
  • Support families with care coordination and regular communication
  • Host bi-weekly check-ins with your team of Behavior Technicians

Qualification:

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or a closely related field
  • Clinical experience working with children on the autism spectrum
  • Strong judgment and decision-making abilities in a clinical setting
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a team
