Business Development Manager (Expansion Focus) - Multi-State Growth

What You'll Do:
- Multi-State Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify prime expansion locations.
- Location Management & Support (Real Estate Collaboration): Work in collaboration with real estate professionals to identify potential office locations, manage site selection processes, and support lease negotiations (training and guidance provided in real estate aspects).
- Referral Network Development: Cultivate strong relationships with local referral sources like pediatricians, psychologists, in each target area.
- Multi-Clinic Launch Management: Project manage the setup and launch of new clinic locations, coordinating logistics, contractors, and internal resources.
- Multi-State Travel & Coordination: Regularly travel across NC, VA, MD, NE, and GA to support expansion initiatives.
- Drive Expansion Strategies: Implement and refine business development strategies to achieve rapid multi-state growth.
Who You Are:
- Experienced Business Development Professional: Proven track record of success in business development roles, demonstrating core competencies in market analysis, relationship building, and achieving growth targets.
- Strong Project Manager: Highly organized and adept at managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and timelines. Experience managing projects across multiple locations is a significant plus.
- Exceptional Networker & Communicator: Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
- Self-Driven & Results-Oriented: Highly motivated, proactive, and demonstrates initiative in identifying and pursuing business opportunities. You are driven to achieve ambitious expansion goals independently and as part of a team.
- Learning Agile & High-Potential: You are a quick learner, adaptable, and eager to take on new challenges and develop new skills, including gaining proficiency in real estate aspects of site selection and lease negotiation (with training and support).
