We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead our Baltimore, MD clinic. This is a leadership role offering an opportunity to drive clinical excellence, mentor BCBAs and RBTs, and shape the future of ABA therapy within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all child-specific ABA programs, ensuring the highest clinical standards
- Provide leadership and mentorship to BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff
- Collaborate with families to ensure client progress and treatment effectiveness
- Implement evidence-based treatment plans and monitor data-driven decision-making
- Conduct staff training, supervision, and professional development
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and BACB guidelines
- Drive strategic growth of the Baltimore clinic while maintaining clinical excellence
What We’re Looking For
- BCBA Certification (per BACB guidelines)
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field
- 5 years of ABA experience (leadership experience preferred)
- Strong passion for clinical quality and client success
- Proven ability to lead teams, mentor clinicians, and collaborate effectively
- Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational skills
