AutismCOE is looking for an Operations Manager (OPM) to support the ABA Therapy center operations. Our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services support intensive therapy for children with autism spectrum disorder overseen by professional Behavior Analysts in both center-based and home-based environments.
The Operations Manager is responsible for providing management support and oversight to the team to ensure a smooth flow of operations from Hiring to onboarding to intakes and employee engagement. The OPM role is focused on ensuring that operations in their assigned area run efficiently while supporting the clinical staff in delivering high-quality ABA therapy and contributing to shaping a positive work culture.

What Would You Do?
- Collaborate with the BCBAs (providers) and admin team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients and employees.
- Primarily focused on administering established policies, procedures and KPIs.
- Implements operating procedures and policies in line with overall business goals including weekly and monthly tracking of KPIs, budgets and team performance
- Responsible for the oversight of facility management, team communication and inventory management.
- In collaboration with management and Human Resources, oversee the development, training, and management of Behavior Technicians (BTs)
- Participate in weekly and monthly meetings to address non-clinical team needs and concerns
- Assist in the design, oversight and support set up/break down of patient and staff activities including daily activities, events, celebrations, and team building activities
- Support community outreach events in partnership with marketing and business development as needed
- Oversee the smooth facilitation of coverage for cancelled direct care appointments, using available BTs
- Communicate administrative updates to the clinical and the administrative staff members
- Communicate team needs and Delegate tasks as needed
- Coordinate orientation for new hires
- Assist and help in any other tasks deemed necessary by the Administrative Director.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Leadership Experience: At least 2 years of managing large teams across multiple sites or districts.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required. A Master’s degree is preferred, but extensive management experience is equally valued.
- High Emotional Intelligence: You'll be working closely with children and families, so empathy and understanding are key.
- Strong Communication Skills: Collaborate effectively with department leaders and teammates.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
