Role Overview
We are seeking a Field Sales Account Executive to join our team. This full-time, field-based position requires traveling within a defined territory, spending five days a week visiting customers and closing deals.
Your responsibilities will include managing and growing a portfolio of approximately 60 customer accounts, training dealer sales teams on our aftermarket products, and building strong client relationships. You will identify new business opportunities, implement growth strategies, and drive results to help dealerships thrive.
This role will be based out of our Head Office in Kenilworth, NJ.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts within a designated territory.
- Train dealership sales teams on selling Auto Action’s aftermarket products and services, both in-person and online.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities.
- Work closely with dealerships to develop growth strategies and implement actionable solutions.
- Drive results that ensure clients stay competitive and ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, account management, and business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in the dealership, automotive, or fleet industry is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience with fleet solutions or dealership services is a plus.
Salary : $30,000 - $100,000
