We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Auto Upholstery Installer. In this role, you will work independently to install high-quality leather interiors in vehicles, including seats and related components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install leather interiors and related components with precision and attention to detail
- Analyze work orders and products to ensure accurate installation
- Maintain tools and installation supplies in a clean and organized manner
- Complete service/installation documentation accurately and efficiently
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Education
- Experience using hand tools and vehicle electrical systems is preferred
- Previous experience in auto trim, upholstery, seat/seating, interior trim, and/or the automotive industry is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to read, analyze, and interpret work orders and specifications
- Self-motivated and quality-focused, with a strong attention to detail
- Professionalism includes dependability, accountability, and punctuality
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively
