Join our Denver team as a Customer Service Representative!
This role is a lot of fun for the right person, as we lease commercial dishwashing machines to restaurants, bars and hotels. The biggest reason why people choose to use us is the level of service they receive from their SSR. Days are spent in the field, working with our customers, and our equipment, in their kitchens. Job Summary:
As an Customer Service Representative, you will manage every aspect of our customers doing business with us. This includes Customer Service, Equipment Maintenance and Repair, Inventory and Spending Control, Delivery, Invoicing, Professional Driving, Upselling and more. We provide side by side training in the field, and class room training. The learning and improvement is continuous.
