Salary: $95,000 - $105,000, up to $120,000 per year of total compensation!

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire a team of Managers, Outside Sales, and Service Representatives, across several units to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure smooth, efficient operations at each branch, adhering to safety, cleanliness, and service standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve performance, client satisfaction, and overall productivity.
- Oversee and lead sales growth, fleet and inventory management, safety and compliance, and recruiting activities for each location.
- Cultivate a positive, high-energy work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
