The Successful Candidate Will…
- Delivery of High-Quality Service (HQS) and sales objectives of double-digit growth.
- Plan and accomplish expansion into new markets: multi-unit restaurants, hospitality, and independent living.
- Lead recruiting activities to reach staffing goals.
- Develop pipeline of team candidates for future expansion and reduce time to fill positions.
- Perform as safety manager for branches in region.
- Accomplish full compliance of all DOT, regulatory and company policies.
- Contribute to the culture of positive momentum through actions and decisions.
- Conduct effective performance management and development practices leading to engaged employees and superior business performance.

Requirements…
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Be able to work in a fast paced, energetic, and team-oriented environment.
- Ability to safely drive a company vehicle.
- 2 years of experience providing outstanding customer service.
- 2 years of prior sales and management experience.
- Ability to travel to branches in Manteca, CA and Sparks, NV.
