Position Title: Service & Sales Representative Trainee
Type: Full-time, Hourly.
Schedule: M-F, 7am-3:30pm, plus overtime and on-call service as needed.

Job Summary:
As the face of Auto-Chlor System, you’ll play a vital role in managing and growing our customer base. Your mission? Deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards that keep our clients happy and loyal!

Essential Job Functions:

• Service Excellence: Follow our 28-day service schedule, conducting the 29-step preventative maintenance process on all dish machines.
• Troubleshooting Pro: Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues to ensure smooth operations for our customers.
• Sales Skills: Up-sell and cross-sell additional products and services, enhancing customer satisfaction and driving revenue.
• Emergency Support: Provide on-call emergency service when needed, showcasing your commitment to our clients.
• Payment Management: Collect payments and follow up to keep accounts current.
• Logistics: Deliver and pick up chemicals safely and efficiently.
• Safety First: Drive company vehicles responsibly, maintaining a clean driving record.
• Relationship Builder: Build rapport with decision-makers and address customer concerns with professionalism.
• Training & Support: Educate customers on proper chemical usage to control costs and promote safety.
• Negotiation: Work on service agreement renewals and discuss price adjustments when necessary.
• Flexibility: Participate in an on-call rotation and be prepared to drive in various conditions, including inclement weather and evenings.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Valid Drivers’ license.
• Mechanical aptitude and skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Able to lift 50lbs
