What you get to do:
- Troubleshoot dish machine operations and correct mechanical problems.
- Up-sell and cross-sell additional products and services to customers.
- Provide on-call emergency service.
- Collect customer payments and consistently follow-up to ensure accounts are current.
- Deliver and pick-up chemicals.
- Build rapport with decision makers.
- Resolve customer concerns.
- Train customers on proper usage of cleaners & sanitizers.
- Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases.
Requirements:
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to lift and move up to 70 pounds.
- Be able to work Mon-Fri 7am-4pm with occasional overtime (43-48 hours/week average)
- Be able to work on call in rotation with other technicians every 5-6 weeks.
