Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and quality service to customers in line with company standards.
- Address escalated customer issues, collaborating with the Branch Manager.
- Oversee safe branch and route operations, adhering to regulatory practices.
- Train and empower Service and Sales Representatives for success.
- Collaborate with branch management on route-related matters.
- Manage customer AR accounts and contribute to individual revenue goals.
- Drive a company vehicle and maintain hands-on involvement in the field.
- Capability to engage in an on-call rotation 3-5 days per month to deliver exceptional customer support.
What You'll Gain:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
- Compensation: Annual pay starting at $72,000 (consisting of $21 hr., 2.5% commission on total hand sales, guaranteed overtime, and on-call).

Qualifications:
- Proven leadership abilities with a self-starter mindset.
