Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technical training programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Design course content to address company objectives and employee skill development.
- Create training schedules and classroom agendas.
- Develop a comprehensive online training program using LMS tools.
- Prepare training materials (presentations, worksheets, etc.).
- Organize and facilitate training events, webinars, and workshops in group and individual settings.
- Track and report training progress, attendance, and feedback.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and implement continuous improvements.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a trainer in a manufacturing or service industry.
- Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects.
- Experience designing course content for mechanical-related positions.
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (ExpertusONE preferred).
- Ability to create engaging training content, including video-based learning (Synthesia).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint).
- Excellent public speaking, communication, and organizational skills.
- Degree in a relevant technical field.
- CTT (Certified Technical Trainer) or CPTM certification preferred.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000 PVO Incentive Plan
