Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Manage daily operations of the sales team.
- Assumes responsibility for appraising, purchasing, and reconditioning the used vehicle inventory.
- Maintains relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure proper use of cash registers and the point of sale/dealer management software.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales management or a similar role is required.
- Experience in auto sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability in team management with a focus on achieving results.
