This team member will be responsible for handling the title and registration transactions for Auto Driveaway customers. Role and Responsibilities
- Process title & registration transactions for Auto Driveaway customers
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding transaction status, documentation needs and timelines
- Maintain working knowledge of state and local title & registration rules, regulations, and processes
- Build and maintain working relationships with outside vendors, including but not limited to tag agents
- Complete title & registration transactions using Auto Driveaway’s technology tools and system integrations
- Grow Auto Driveaway’s reputation as the driveaway company of choice across the United States
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience processing title and registration transactions
- High School degree required; College degree preferred
- Background or experience with Department of Motor Vehicles strongly preferred
- Direct experience in automotive or transportation industries
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- High energy, enthusiasm and drive for achieving results
- Passionate about customer experience and customer satisfaction
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment, recognizing a sense of urgency and self-motivation
