We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to oversee our automotive service department. Duties
- Manage daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Supervise and train service staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages professional growth.
- Oversee service writing processes, ensuring accurate documentation of customer requests and vehicle issues.
- Collaborate with technicians to diagnose and resolve complex automotive problems, particularly in diesel engine repair.
- Implement strategies for upselling additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor performance metrics to ensure departmental goals are met, making adjustments as necessary to improve efficiency.
