Job Duties: Answer in-coming customer calls, provide requested information, establish job estimates and book appointments for auto glass repair or replacement, receive customer payments, follow-up with customers receiving quotes to convert to scheduled sales, schedule jobs and confer with installation technicians; other office duties as required. Complete training with raise after 180 days, based on performance. General familiarity with vehicles is a plus and good phone skills is a requirement. Some outbound customer solicitation required.
