Auto Go Automotive is seeking an extremely motivated, hard working Automotive Service Advisor with a positive attitude, a desire to make lasting connections with our customers and drive sales .
You will be backed by a motivated crew including ASE Certified Techs that all have extremely positive attitudes and understand that success is a team effort . We also use the absolute latest, state of the art digital inspection and point of sale system that virtually eliminates inconsistencies and streamlines and simplifies your day to day procedures.
In this position you will be the face of the company.
Job Details :
- You will be responsible for creating lasting relationships with our customers;
- Writing accurate and complete estimates, handling the phone, and creating work orders.
- Selling needed repairs and maintenance.
- The amount of money you can make is limited only by your ability to drive sales by delivering a consistently great experience to our customers.
- Other duties include dispatching work to technicians, locating and ordering parts and scheduling customer's vehicles for service.
Industry leading training will be provided and we always welcome your ideas to improve our customer's experience. We are always trying to be better and improving the experience our customers have with us is key.
