Sales Representative / Finance Manager
We’re looking for a sales representative for our Madras location to actively engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer. We are willing to train a motivated applicant to be proficient in the finance area as well. Bi-Lingual is a plus.

If you have previous finance experience in the auto industry it is a plus and will be rewarded in a boost of base pay.

We are starting with a base pay of 3-5K monthly (DOE) and the position includes up to 10% of NET backend sold products for the ENTIRE STORE, not just what you sell individually.

We have a VERY laid back sales approach and are a pressure free dealer. We have set prices with no negotiation to make things easy on both parties.

We offer an EXTREMELY flexible schedule and willing to work with 4 or 5 day work week, which ever suits the candidate.

Previous experience of over 1 year in AUTOMOTIVE sales is required.

Knowledge of a CRM, DMS, Routeone, Dealertrack, CUDL, General knowledge of credit reports, ect... is desired.

Responsibilities

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Skills

  • Proven work experience as a sales representative
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,927.00 - $80,023.00 per year
