Service Writer - Automotive Repair

AUTO LUBE & REPAIR LLC IS GROWING RAPIDLY!

We are looking for an experienced full-time service writer interested in growing with our rapidly expanding repair facility. General knowledge of automobile systems is required and will be assessed through the interview process. We do require an individual that exhibits our core values of kindness, honesty, and integrity.

Typical Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Greeting customers in person and on the phone with an energetic optimism and enthusiasm
- Scheduling repairs with customers to prevent process overflow
- Writing complete estimates/repair orders/invoices and communicating with customers throughout the process.
- Working with technicians to fully understand what a vehicle needs and WHY the repair is necessary.
- Customer appointment reminders and satisfaction phone call follow-ups , etc.
