    Position Overview :

    The Regional Sales and Operations Manager will drive our inventory marketing strategy, offering our unique video-led, VIN-specific inventory marketing solution to automotive dealers. This role requires a management / ownership mindset, deep automotive marketing experience, and a proven ability to deliver results. We are looking for someone located in the coastal Carolinas to cover a regional territory. This position will be remote and require travel within the designated territory.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify new business opportunities and build-long term relationships with automotive dealers to grow a portfolio of dealer clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by working directly with automotive dealers to implement video-led strategies for inventory marketing.
  • Collaborate with operations leaders to lead day to day operations to ensure dealer satisfaction with measurable deliverables.
  • Build and lead a high-performing operational team by overseeing daily activities to ensure the delivering of benchmark expectations by ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of staff.
  • Develop and execute strategies with dealership management to identify bottlenecks, design and streamline workflows, and maintain quality control, improving efficiency and optimizing production.
  • Review reporting with dealership management that has proven success in dealership retention.
  • Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in automotive marketing sales with strong industry connections.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a book of business in the $500K range.
  • Excellent consultative sales and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong management skills with an understanding of operational processes and evaluating performance.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and track record of hitting sales targets.
  • Illustrated success in coordinating with leaders to contribute to the implementation of and development of strategies on site with clients and staff.
