What are the responsibilities and job description for the BDC Agent / Used Car Buyer position at Auto Match LLC?
The BDC Used Car Buyer will be trained to acquire inventory by contacting leads provided by Auto Match, these provided leads are already interested in selling their cars. There is plenty of support along every step of the way. The BDC Used Car Buyer will also utilize all available prospecting resources alongside our CRM to identify and engage private parties looking to sell their vehicle.
Join our Auto Match team. We are seeking a professional, responsible, and outgoing person to work in our fast-paced BDC (Business Development Center). As a Used Car Buyer, you will be responsible for handling our Vehicle Acquisition leads that come into our CRM. You will be instrumental in helping us keep growing and increase our overall vehicle purchases.
The position of BDC Used Car Buyer is commission based with aggressive bonus structure.
- Auto Dealership BDC experience a plus, but not necessary
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent follow-through skills
- Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail, willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude a must
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced atmosphere
- Working knowledge of computers & the Internet (MS Word, Excel, CRM etc.)
- Good time management skills are a must
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
