This role involves working with the Commercial Lines Underwriting Department to complete administrative tasks, ensure record compliance, and meet clerical needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating and distributing daily New Business Reports
- Tracking and ordering Commercial Line Inspections
- Administrative tasks including email management and Agent follow-up
- Endorsement processing
- Maintaining accurate records and policy files
- Developing reports and preparing requests for reports
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Data analysis and interpretation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Ability to multitask
