Job Description:
Auto Paint & Supply Co., Inc. is seeking a driven and enthusiastic PBE (Paint, Body, Equipment) Sales Rep to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the automotive paint industry.
As a PBE Sales Rep, you will be responsible for the sale and post-sales support of all PBE product line within a designated market. This position and learning/understanding product lines in the (PBE) paint, body, and equipment industry. This position is essential for expanding our customer base, maintaining current accounts, and supporting various company goals that drives sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities.
- Provide expert advice and detailed product knowledge to customers.
- Meet & exceed sales targets.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently.
- Stay informed about industry trends and new product developments.
- Actively seek out and acquire new accounts, targeting auto body shops, dealerships, fleet, and industrial business.
- Develop tailored sales strategies to meet the needs of new and prospective customers.
- Provide regular follow-up, product updates, and personalized service to encourage customer loyalty and account retention.
- Offer comprehensive post-sales support, addressing any customer questions or needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive paint and supplies industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or a related field is a plus.
- Motivation: Self-driven, goal oriented.
- A genuine passion for the automotive paint industry and commitment to delivering high-quality service and support.
- Strong B2B sales experience. Robust relationship-building and value-based selling skills are preferred.
- Must be able to pass a background check.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
