Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Group Leader to join our team. As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and leading a team of employees to ensure efficiency and quality. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical knowledge and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and prioritize daily production activities
- Monitor production lines to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Train and mentor team members on production processes and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any production issues
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of tooling, stamping press, quality inspection, assembly, sheet metal, caliper, and weld
- Proven experience in leading a team or supervising employees
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
