Parts Manager
Ensure all customer auto parts needs are accurately filled. Ability to train counter people and driving staff. Write work Schedule, Preform daily paperwork.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all orders are received
- Process all incoming orders into inventory using data entry systems or other methods (e.g. shipping systems)
- Ensure that inventory is accurate by receiving new stock or updating existing stock records
- Keeps inventory organized by completing necessary paperwork and ensuring that parts are properly stored
- Manages time cards by completing necessary paperwork and ensuring time sheets are completed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in parts ordering or inventory management
- Familiarity with shipping/receiving procedures preferred but not required
- Good computer skills
- Ability to work independently of supervision required
- Strong communication skills required (written & verbal)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
