This is an amazing opportunity for a strong, proven leader who can take a service department to the next level! The Service Department is already capable of achieving $400K per month in Fixed Gross. We will consider applicants who are people focused with a minimum of 5 years of experience. The applicant must also be organized, detail oriented and driven with the ability to maximize profits. Responsibilities
- Review and confirm closed RO's for correct postings
- Inspect Recon Vehicles and complete estimates to make build decisions with the Store Manager
- Verify and approve all time tickets, flat and hourly employees
- Verify and approve all payable statements prior to submission to the accounting department
- Close and finalize Recon Orders and assure correct postings prior to submission
- Oversee and control and verify all processes are being followed by the following:
- Parts personnel
- Customer Service Advisers
- Data Entry Person
- Inventory Manager
- Detail Shop Manager
- Technicians
- Porters
- Detailers
- Photographer
- Review and confirm closed RO's for correct postings
- Inspect Recon Vehicles and complete estimates to make build decisions with the Store Manager

Minimum Qualifications:
- Car Dealership: 5 years (Required)
- Service Manager: 5 yeas (Required)
- Automotive Management: 5 years (Required)
- Driver's License (Required)
- High school or equivalent (Required)
