We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. As an Automotive Detailer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the appearance of our vehicles and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces.
- Apply window tinting as needed to enhance vehicle aesthetics and privacy.
- Conduct detailed inspections of vehicles to identify areas needing special attention or repair.
- Utilize custodial skills to maintain cleanliness in the detailing area and ensure all tools and equipment are organized.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Drive vehicles as necessary for cleaning or repositioning within the facility.
- Stay updated on the latest detailing techniques and products to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Experience
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with custodial tasks and cleaning products is advantageous.
- Skills in window tinting, car washing, buffing, and general vehicle maintenance are highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
- A valid driver's license is required for driving vehicles during the detailing process.
