ABOUT THIS ROLE
This is a full-time, onsite position with a work schedule of 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. As an Auto Service Manager, you will lead a team of Service Advisors and Technicians, ensuring a smooth operation of the service department. You will spend your day managing customer interactions, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues that arise, all while maintaining focus on upselling services to achieve sales quotas. You will utilize your fluency in service management software to keep track of performance metrics, support your team in their tasks, and foster a culture of collaboration and communication.
