Key Job Responsibilities Include
They ensure customer satisfaction and retention through sales and top-notch customer service.
- Two (2) years experience writing automotive service.
- Superior ability to positively relate and communicate with customers, including outstanding telephone skills.
- Demonstrated history of improving facility sales while also retaining customers loyal to the shop.
- Knowledge of point-of-sale software programs, and the mathematical skills to create billings, estimates and to control inventory levels.
- Providing prompt and courteous top of the line customer service
- Handling all types of store transactions for our company products and services
- Maintain a clean and pleasant store environment
