Automotive Body Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Auto Body Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing collision damage to vehicles, ensuring the highest quality of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Repair and restore collision-damaged vehicle bodies to pre-accident condition.
• Perform a variety of tasks, including frame straightening, panel replacement, welding, and painting.
• Ensure all repairs meet industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and answer questions.
• Work collaboratively with other technicians and team members to ensure timely completion of projects.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in auto body/paint repair.
• Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques and materials.
• Experience with various tools and equipment used in auto body repair, such as dent pullers, welders, and paint guns.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Valid driver's license.
