We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Regional Floorplan Sales Representative in the Syracuse / Up-State New York area to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the face of Auto Use in your region. Maintaining strong relationships with existing dealer clients and identifying new opportunities for partnership
What You’ll Do:
- Dealer Relationship Management: Conduct regular onsite visits to existing dealer clients to ensure satisfaction, evaluate floorplan usage, inspect inventory, and strengthen relationships.
- New Dealer Acquisition: Prospect and sign up new independent and franchise auto dealers within your assigned territory. Build a strong pipeline and convert qualified leads into long-term clients.
- Territory Strategy: Develop and execute a regional growth plan that balances client service with business development goals.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on local market trends, dealer activity, and competitive offerings. Provide feedback to the leadership team to help shape our programs and strategy.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure dealers comply with terms and conditions of
their floorplan agreements. Prepare visit reports and maintain accurate CRM records.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years in automotive finance, floorplan lending, or B2B sales—industry experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel regionally (overnight travel may be required)
- Familiarity with independent auto dealer operations a strong advantage
