Regional Manager for East Central WI Area

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to oversee our operations in multiple locations. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing profit and loss, implementing process improvements, and leading a team of managers. This is a key leadership role that requires strong strategic planning skills and the ability to drive results.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives
- Manage profit and loss for the region, ensuring financial targets are met
- Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Lead and develop a team of managers, providing guidance and support
- Drive business development efforts to expand market share and increase revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Oversee sales activities and set sales targets for the region
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Regional Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of profit and loss management principles
