Auto Warehousing Company is hiring several shuttle drivers, part time/ casual for our Flint, Michigan location. We offer weekly pay and an amazing family atmosphere.
Shift is Monday- Friday with 7am start or 4:30pm start. Weekends/overtime as needed.

Summary of Position
Inspecting, driving and parking of customer vehicles in yard at the Flint - Lake State GM facility.
Essential Functions, Duties and Tasks
- Ensure new vehicles are driven and parked in assigned areas according to manufacturer's specifications
- Inspects cars to detect damage and to verify presence of accessories listed on invoice
- Move vehicles from staging areas to shipping bay location
- Ensure yard quality standards are maintained
- Train new associates and temporary workers
- Must be able to follow directions and consistently follow procedures
- Must adhere to AAR and safety procedures
- Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as
- Maintain a positive behavior and conduct in the workplace while acting and communicating with customers, vendors, co-workers and management
- Ability to work in a variety of situations
General Description
- Associates drive vehicles from various storage lots to shipment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Must be able to work outside in various weather conditions
- Must be able to move 40 - 80 vehicles per day
- Walk continuously throughout the day
- Associates must be able to work as a team or individually depending on workload
Education, Experience and Minimum Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have and maintain a valid State driver's license and must have a good driving record
- Must be able to drive both standard and automatic transmission vehicles
- Must be able to pass the AWC's driver's safety test with an 80% accuracy or better
