Are you a dynamic and experienced manager with a passion for the automotive industry? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to oversee our team of 50 employees, manage our warehouse operations, oversee dispatch, and lead our automotive counter. This is a fast-paced, high-energy position that requires excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of automotive knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage a team of 50 employees, ensuring effective communication and team cohesion.

Manage warehouse operations, including inventory management and logistics.

Lead the automotive counter, and oversee the dispatcher while providing expert knowledge and support to customers.

Represent the face of our company by establishing positive experiences with every customer interaction.

Ensure a high level of efficiency and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Develop and implement strategies to improve operations and achieve business goals.
