District Manager Automotive Parts- Madison, WI
Currently, we are seeking a qualified candidate to fill a District Manager role in the Madison, WI area.
As the District Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the stores in your assigned district, ensuring that each location meets or exceeds company goals for sales, customer service, inventory management, and employee development. You will play a key role in mentoring store managers, implementing strategic initiatives, and maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support store managers to ensure company goals are met
- Drive sales performance by implementing effective strategies and monitoring KPIs
- Maintain and exceed customer service standards, ensuring a positive and consistent customer experience across all locations
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor operations, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with company policies
- Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement
- Analyze district performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance at all locations
- Act as a liaison between corporate headquarters and store locations, communicating company initiatives and addressing store needs

Qualifications for District Manager- Madison, WI
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a District Manager, Area Manager, or similar role in the automotive aftermarket or retail distribution industry
- Multilocation management history preferred.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Skilled in MS office package, powerpoint, BI, etc is a plus
- Solid understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and sales strategies
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business performance
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Willingness to travel regularly within the district
